Privacy policy

Who we are

What data we collect

None. Our apps do not ask for a name, age, phone number, e-mail address, location or contact list, and request no access to the camera, microphone, photos or files. There is no analytics of our own and no advertising network inside. There is no sign-up and no account.

What is stored on the device itself

So that the app remembers where the child left off, the following is saved on the device:

• sound, music and voice settings;
• which games have been completed and which free trials have been used;
• minutes played per day and the parental timer settings;
• in “Times Tables” — child profiles: the chosen animal picture and a name if the parent or the child typed one (the name is optional; without it the profile is named after the animal), plus progress through the table: which problems have been covered, when to review them and how long an answer took.

All of it lives in the device’s own memory and is never transmitted. The play time exists for exactly two purposes: to show it to the parent in the parents’ section, and to end the session if the parent turned the limit on. Deleting the app deletes all of this with it.

Store components

Both apps have purchases: game packs in “Malyshkiny Igry”, and the “Four Workbooks” pack in “Times Tables” starting with version 1.1.0. To make them possible, the apps embed the official RuStore payment SDK (RuStore Pay SDK). Alongside it, RuStore’s own service libraries — metrics and an install identifier — are included; they send RuStore technical information about how the SDK itself is working, together with the app’s install identifier.

That information is received by RuStore as the store, under the rules published on its site. We have no access to it, do not receive it and do not store it. Payment data — the card number and everything related to the payment — is handled by RuStore on its side; we never see it.

Because of the payment SDK the apps request the INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permissions. They request no camera, microphone, location, contacts or user files.

Internet

The apps run offline: no network is needed to start or to play. It is used only when buying a pack and when restoring a purchase made earlier — and that part is handled by the store.

Advertising

There is none. No advertising networks are embedded and no profiling for advertising purposes takes place. The children’s part of the app contains no links out.

Children

“Times Tables: 36 Cells” is intended for children aged 7–10. A child’s profile is created inside the app and exists only on that device: there is no registration, it is not tied to an email or a phone number, and it never leaves the device. A parent can delete a profile together with all of its progress in the parents’ section.

“Malyshkiny Igry” is intended for children aged 2–5. We collect nothing about them and show them no advertising. Purchases, settings and anything that leads outside the app sit in the parents’ section behind an arithmetic lock that a child of that age does not pass unaided.

Your rights

We do not process personal data, so there is nothing to request a copy of, correct or erase — we hold none. For the information gathered by RuStore’s components, please address RuStore as their controller. For anything about our apps, call the number above.

Changes

A new version is published at this address with the date it takes effect. We do not quietly remove earlier versions.
