Privacy policy

Who we are

What data we collect

None. Our apps do not ask for a name, age, phone number, e-mail address, location or contact list, and request no access to the camera, microphone, photos or files. There is no analytics of our own and no advertising network inside. There is no sign-up and no account.

What is stored on the device itself

So that the app remembers where the child left off, the following is saved on the device:

• sound, music and voice settings;
• which games have been completed and which free trials have been used;
• minutes played per day and the parental timer settings.

All of it lives in the device’s own memory and is never transmitted. The play time exists for exactly two purposes: to show it to the parent in the parents’ section, and to end the session if the parent turned the limit on. Deleting the app deletes all of this with it.

Store components

To let you buy game packs, the app embeds the official RuStore payment SDK (RuStore Pay SDK). Alongside it, RuStore’s own service libraries — metrics and an install identifier — are included; they send RuStore technical information about how the SDK itself is working, together with an identifier of the app installation.

That information goes to RuStore as the store, under the rules published on its site. We have no access to it, we do not receive it and we do not store it. Payment data — card numbers and everything related to paying — is handled by RuStore on its side; we never see it.

Internet

The app works fully offline: no network is needed to launch it or to play. The network is used at the moment of purchase and when restoring a purchase made earlier — and the store handles that.

Advertising

There is none. No advertising networks are embedded and no profiling for advertising purposes takes place. The children’s part of the app contains no links out.

Children

“Malyshkiny Igry” is intended for children aged 2–5. We collect nothing about them and show them no advertising. Purchases, settings and anything that leads outside the app sit in the parents’ section behind an arithmetic lock that a child of that age does not pass unaided.

Your rights

We do not process personal data, so there is nothing to request a copy of, correct or erase — we hold none. For the information gathered by RuStore’s components, please address RuStore as their controller. For anything about our apps, call the number above.

Changes

A new version is published at this address with the date it takes effect. We do not quietly remove earlier versions.
